Section 264 Criminal Code Of Canada :

 Criminal harassment is commonly known as stalking. It can be defined as harassing   behaviour including following a person, communicating with or watching ones home. It is   against the law and holds a maximum sentence of ten years in a Canadian Federal Prison.

​ If you feel that you are being stalked by someone you should keep a record of what   happened, where it happened, and every time you were followed, persistant phone calls,   text messages, emails, letters or notes.
